Based in Seymour, Indiana, Royalty Roofing USA revealed the acquisitions on May 5. As a company established in 1986, Royalty Roofing offers a full suite of commercial and residential roofing services across the Midwest, Colorado, and Florida, including reroofing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The acquisition of 768-Roof, based in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, and Nasi Roofing, with operations in Wisconsin, strengthens Royalty's presence in these critical geographic markets.
