About FireStrike

A programmatic news engine that identifies hundreds of thousands of daily events and captures the most pressing business and technology news the second it happens.

What we do

FireStrike is a programmatic news engine built for investors, analysts, and dealmakers. Our automated pipeline monitors hundreds of thousands of events daily — scanning regulatory filings, newswires, and data feeds across every sector — and publishes structured deal records and editorial analysis for the transactions that matter most.

Every published deal page is sourced, timestamped, and linked to the original document. We surface the signal before it becomes consensus — covering acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, and fundraising rounds the moment they break.

Methodology & corrections
Sources

FireStrike ingests deal data from regulatory filings (SEC EDGAR, HSR), press releases, newswire services, and financial data providers. Each event is normalized to a canonical record and linked to the companies and counterparties involved.

Editorial standards

Deal facts — value, parties, announced date, status — are sourced directly from primary documents when available. LLM-assisted narrative summaries are generated from those primary sources and reviewed for accuracy. We do not publish unverified rumors.

Corrections

If you identify an error in a deal record or article, email corrections@firestrike.com with the URL and the corrected fact. We aim to review and update within 24 hours. Material corrections are noted in the article.

Coverage scope

FireStrike tracks acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, and fundraising rounds above a minimum materiality threshold. Coverage spans all sectors and geographies where deal activity is reported in English-language sources.
