Teradyne acquires Test Insight

Teradyne has acquired semiconductor software firm TestInsight, emphasizing the company's strategy to enhance its capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence and data center device testing. The acquisition aims to expedite the development and market readiness of complex AI devices, leveraging TestInsight's technology to meet growing industry demands.

While financial terms were not disclosed, Teradyne, known for its automated test equipment (ATE) and robotics solutions, confirmed that TestInsight's existing software suite will be integrated into its operations.
