Andrick & Associates has completed a merger with Target Graphics, both family-owned businesses in the commercial printing sector, establishing a consolidated operation in Sarasota. The transaction, finalized on March 1, merges Target Graphics into Andrick & Associates' operations headquartered on Ashton Road. While financial terms were not disclosed, the merger marks a strategic alignment of resources and service offerings.

Target Graphics, founded in 1988 by John and Carol Masio, has built its reputation on offset and digital printing, as well as finishing and bindery services. The company, with a robust client base including designers and national corporations, recently sold its 41,000-square-foot facility for $1.55 million, leading to the merger decision. Carol Masio, alongside other key personnel from Target Graphics, will integrate into Andrick & Associates, maintaining client continuity under the new structure.

This merger is poised to expand the capabilities of Andrick & Associates, which has been a regional player since 1984, offering printing and marketing solutions. Led by Mark and Jane Esbeck since 2015, Andrick & Associates continues its family-operated focus, aiming to enhance service delivery to Target Graphics’ clientele.
