HealthVerity is set to acquire the healthcare data and analytics firm Symphony Health from ICON plc, aiming to enhance its data ecosystem with commercial insights. Symphony Health, part of ICON since 2017 following a $530 million purchase by PRA Health Sciences, will join forces with HealthVerity's existing network.
