PipeChain, a cloud-based software provider specializing in collaborative planning and execution for the automotive and retail sectors, has acquired Quyntess Holding B.V., a Dutch supply chain software company, for €22 million ($24 million). This acquisition aims to bolster PipeChain’s presence in the Benelux region, Germany, France, and the United States, enhancing its service offering across diverse markets.
The combined entity is projected to generate approximately €22 million in sales, with an annual recurring revenue run rate of about €16 million. The acquisition is designed to enhance PipeChain's capabilities in end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, extending its digital solutions across both direct and indirect material flows. Quyntess brings modern technological infrastructure to the table, which is expected to significantly improve backend processes and widen functionality within PipeChain’s existing software suite.
