The acquisition aims to boost MediKarma's focus on preventive and value-based care by incorporating Nanell's digital pregnancy journey solution into its platform. The acquisition sees MediKarma take ownership of Nanell's intellectual property and related assets. Terms of the deal include equity-linked consideration and a revenue-share component tied to the future performance of Nanell. A transition period of 60 to 90 days will include knowledge transfer and operational integration, with Niterra Ventures Company providing interim support.
