Relais Group acquires Landströms Bygg & Plåt i Gällivare AB

Relais Group, through its Swedish subsidiary Team Verkstad, has finalized the acquisition of Landströms Bygg & Plåt i Gällivare AB. The transaction, initially announced on December 19, 2025, marks a strategic expansion in Relais Group's commercial vehicle aftermarket segment. Effective February 2026, Landströms Bygg & Plåt will integrate into Relais Group's Scandinavian operations.

The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, although it is confirmed that SEK 11 million of the purchase price will be paid in Relais Group shares. This capital allocation reflects Relais's use of equity as a key mechanism in its ongoing growth strategy. Completion of the acquisition will see Relais Group absorbing all of Landströms Bygg & Plåt’s operations, bolstering its market presence in Northern Europe.
