Millstream Brewing acquires Kismet Kombucha

Millstream Brewing Co. has acquired Kismet Kombucha, marking the craft brewery's entrance into the burgeoning kombucha market. Millstream will integrate Kismet's kombucha production into its brewing facility located at 835 48th Avenue in Amana. "Kismet Kombucha has built an exceptional brand grounded in craftsmanship, creativity, and community—values that closely align with our own," she said. Kismet, founded in 2021, has gained a foothold in the Midwest with its kombucha made from organic teas and natural ingredients.

The acquisition of Kismet allows Millstream to expand its portfolio to include a non-alcoholic option that appeals to a health-conscious demographic.
