CMA CGM Global Business Services (India acquires Fattal Group

CMA CGM Group has reached an agreement to acquire Fattal Group, a logistics and distribution company, in a move designed to enhance CMA CGM’s presence in the end-to-end logistics sector. The deal involves the purchase of 100% of Fattal Group's equity. Regulatory approvals are pending, and the acquisition is targeted for completion in the third quarter of 2026. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

CMA CGM, under the leadership of Chairman and CEO Rodolphe Saadé, sees the integration of Fattal’s distribution capabilities as a strategic step in broadening its supply chain solutions.
