SePRO acquires Earth Science Laboratories

SePRO Corporation has acquired Earth Science Laboratories, Inc. (ESL), a company renowned for its advanced water treatment technologies. The acquisition, for which financial details have not been disclosed, aims to bolster SePRO’s portfolio in water and land restoration. This strategic move enhances SePRO’s capabilities to offer advanced solutions for maintaining clean and safe water systems, crucial for municipalities and communities.

The integration of ESL’s technologies provides SePRO with enhanced capabilities to address water treatment challenges specific to lakes, reservoirs, water conveyance infrastructure, and drinking water systems.
