TECHNIA acquires Dassault Systèmes

TECHNIA, a leader in virtual twin solutions and digital engineering, has acquired the Dassault Systèmes business from Germany-based encad consulting GmbH. This acquisition aims to bolster TECHNIA's presence and customer base in the Euro-Central region, a strategic move to enhance its service offerings and local presence.

While the financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed, the deal highlights TECHNIA's commitment to expanding its comprehensive solutions, which span across Dassault's software suite, including EXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, SIMULIA, 3DEXCITE, and DELMIA. TECHNIA, part of the Nasdaq OMX-listed Addnode Group, has a global footprint with over 30 office locations and more than 600 employees.

The acquisition allows TECHNIA to deliver enhanced services and consultancy across Germany and the broader region.
