TECHNIA acquires Dassault Systèmes
TECHNIA, a leader in virtual twin solutions and digital engineering, has acquired the Dassault Systèmes business from Germany-based encad consulting GmbH. This acquisition aims to bolster TECHNIA's presence and customer base in the Euro-Central region, a strategic move to enhance its service offerings and local presence.
