Hoffman Sanitation Services acquires County Line Disposal

Hoffman Sanitation Services, based in Durant, Oklahoma, has acquired County Line Disposal, a waste services provider operating in Bryan and Choctaw counties in Oklahoma. This purchase represents Hoffman's second acquisition of 2026 and is its 12th acquisition overall, following an active period in 2025 where it completed five transactions. Details about the financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The owners of County Line Disposal, Shelby and Justin Graham, expressed confidence in the transition, noting that moving their clients to Hoffman Sanitation will provide enhanced service quality and growth opportunities. They believe this acquisition will ultimately benefit the communities they have serviced with residential and commercial waste management solutions.
