TopSide Marinas acquires Bay Harbor Marina

TopSide Marinas has acquired Bay Harbor Marina in Bay City, Michigan, marking the company's inaugural expansion into the state. Bay Harbor Marina, located along the Saginaw River, provides comprehensive services and facilities for boating enthusiasts, including 400 wet slips, 100 dry stack slips, and over 500 winter storage spaces. Founded in 1967, the marina spans 80 acres and is equipped with extensive service offerings such as fuel docks and mechanical repair services. The company, family-owned and focused on acquiring and managing marinas, previously expanded in November 2025 with the acquisition of Pikes Bay Marina in Bayfield, Wisconsin.
