ZenaTech has acquired Andy Paris & Associates, a land surveying company based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, marking the company’s 21st acquisition as it seeks to expand its Drone as a Service (DaaS) network. This move aims to bolster ZenaTech’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest and accelerate the deployment of its AI-driven drone solutions for both business and government clientele.

The acquisition terms remain undisclosed, but strategically, it enhances ZenaTech's ability to deliver drone-enabled inspection, survey, and monitoring services throughout Oregon and Washington. Andy Paris & Associates, established in 1952, is renowned for providing boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys. By integrating these services with its existing DaaS operations, ZenaTech aims to further penetrate sectors such as forestry, environmental monitoring, energy infrastructure, and logistics.

ZenaTech’s DaaS model offers flexible access to drone-powered solutions via subscription or usage-based arrangements, which facilitates advanced aerial data collection and analytics while eliminating the need for clients to invest in drone hardware.
