Khansaheb acquires ANABEEB
Khansaheb Group has acquired ANABEEB from EMSTEEL Group, fortifying its standing in the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. While financial terms remain undisclosed, ANABEEB will become a subsidiary of Khansaheb, significantly enhancing the group's industrial capabilities with its expertise in advanced infrastructure solutions, notably in the production of critical pipe materials.
ANABEEB operates from the largest CC-GRP pipe production facility in the region, with an annual production capacity of 33,000 metric tonnes. The company manufactures a range of products including CC-GRP pipes, PVC-U pipes and fittings, and LD-PE pipes used for drip irrigation systems. These products support various infrastructure needs across water, wastewater, and industrial networks in the region. The acquisition aligns strategically with Khansaheb Group's broad portfolio, which spans construction, engineering, property management, and aviation safety, further enhancing its capacity to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
For Khansaheb Group, this acquisition is part of a broader strategy to bolster its position as a leader in the UAE's built environment. The company is rooted in Khansaheb Civil Engineering, the oldest contractor in the UAE, and has diversified into facilities management, innovative HVAC solutions, and sustainability projects. ANABEEB's integration expands Khansaheb's ability to provide comprehensive solutions, from infrastructure creation to management, leveraging decades of experience in construction and engineering.
The move to incorporate ANABEEB comes as regional competition intensifies, with firms vying for prominence in the infrastructure sector. This acquisition allows Khansaheb to scale its manufacturing capabilities, distinguishing itself with an end-to-end approach covering everything from engineering to advanced manufacturing. This integrated model could set a benchmark for others in the sector, as companies seek to optimize supply chains and enhance operational efficiencies.
Looking ahead, regulatory approvals and the seamless integration of ANABEEB's operations into Khansaheb's existing framework will be crucial for realizing projected synergies. As the region continues to invest in infrastructure development to support urbanization and economic growth, Khansaheb's enhanced capabilities could provide a competitive edge, enabling it to capture a larger share of upcoming projects and reinforce its leadership role in the Middle East.
