BASF Agricultural Solutions has finalized the acquisition of AgBiTech as of March 31, 2026. The transaction, involving private equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners and other shareholders who agreed to the deal in January 2026, marks a strategic move by BASF to enhance its portfolio in biological pest control.
