This round was spearheaded by Andreessen Horowitz, with additional contributions from Y Combinator, Base10, Emergence Capital, and Company Ventures. The New York-based company aims to utilize the capital to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams while broadening the functional capabilities of its platform, particularly by integrating with more electronic health record systems.

Prosper AI's platform enables healthcare organizations to rapidly deploy patient-interactive voice agents designed to streamline tasks such as appointment scheduling, billing queries, and prescription renewals. Over the past six months, the company has demonstrated significant traction, reportedly achieving a fivefold increase in sales by onboarding over 40 new healthcare providers. The AI tool claims to reduce administrative overhead by over 40% for healthcare entities, while enhancing patient interaction by eradicating hold times and minimizing manual errors in appointment scheduling.

The strategic intent behind Prosper AI's focus lies in providing a comprehensive solution that integrates various administrative functions, which traditionally demanded multiple separate systems. "Healthcare providers don’t want separate tools for scheduling, insurance verification, and billing," says Xavier de Gracia, co-founder and co-CEO.
