Inszone Insurance Services acquires Ohio Valley Insurance

Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Ohio Valley Insurance, strengthening its presence in the Midwest. The acquisition allows Inszone to bolster its expertise in agricultural and crop insurance, a segment where Ohio Valley Insurance has developed a strong reputation.

Founded in 2003 by Dan Hardaway, Ohio Valley Insurance originally concentrated on crop insurance before broadening its services and rebranding in 2014. Allan Murray, who joined the firm in 2007 and became a co-owner in 2012, will remain with Inszone, ensuring continuity of service for existing clients. Lindsey Hagan, Hardaway’s daughter, has also played a critical role since becoming a co-owner in 2021.
