Cosnova Group has acquired Niche Beauty Lab, a move that broadens its existing product offerings beyond color cosmetics into the skincare sector. Founded in 2018, Niche Beauty Lab specializes in science-based skincare products and operates its own laboratories. Niche Beauty Lab's focus on effective ingredients and transparent communication aligns well with Cosnova's emphasis on consumer-centric innovation. Cosnova itself, having concluded the 2024 fiscal year with €954 million ($1.1 billion) in net sales, is one of the largest cosmetics companies in Germany, boasting a strong global presence.
