TalkPool acquires Netcom Global Partners

Talkpool AG, a telecommunications services provider, has finalized an agreement to acquire Netcom Global Partners, a consulting firm operating in Singapore and Sweden, for €1.1 million (approximately $1 million USD). This acquisition is a strategic expansion move for Talkpool, as it aims to combine its technology solutions with Netcom’s consulting expertise to enhance service offerings and drive growth.

The transaction involves a €300,000 closing payment split among Netcom’s 11 owners, with an additional performance-linked earn-out of up to €800,000. The earn-out is contingent on achieving specific revenue and operational targets and will be disbursed in equal installments over a four-year period from 2027 to 2030. The deal is expected to conclude by June 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Talkpool's CEO, Erik Strömstedt, emphasized the strategic value of this acquisition, highlighting the potential for synergies between Netcom’s consultancy prowess and Talkpool’s technological capabilities. By joining forces, the combined entity aims to deliver enhanced value to clients and capitalize on growth opportunities. For Netcom, this deal provides a platform to broaden service offerings and improve market positioning, according to Magnus Jerkfelt, a founding partner at Netcom.
