Outcomes4me acquires Geno.Me

Outcomes4Me, a company specializing in AI-driven cancer care, has acquired Geno.Me and Realyze Intelligence to bolster its clinical trial matching and patient care capabilities. The acquisitions aim to enhance Outcomes4Me's platform, which integrates artificial intelligence to streamline access to oncology treatment and research, thus benefiting over 400,000 cancer patients.

The terms of the deals, involving the acquisition of Geno.Me and Realyze Intelligence, remained undisclosed. Geno.Me's platform allows patients to securely access and share health data via major electronic health record systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech. This aligns with Outcomes4Me's goal to improve patient representation and diversity in clinical studies. Realyze Intelligence, initially developed as an initiative from UPMC, utilizes AI to convert medical records into structured clinical data models, providing rapid identification of clinical trial cohorts. Outcomes4Me has also brought on Scot Stevens, previously involved with Realyze Intelligence, as a Strategic Advisor to assist with the integration process.

The strategic acquisitions are driven by Outcomes4Me’s objective to integrate advanced AI technologies into its patient care model.
