Global Clean Energy has acquired Flamelit, an AI and data science firm, for $2.1 million. Flamelit, known for its focus on responsible AI systems for public-good applications, brings along its consulting operations, ongoing contracts, and strategic alliances, as well as $2.1 million in accumulated revenue. The deal also involves integrating four key employees and over ten senior data scientists into Global Clean Energy, which aims to boost its capacity in deploying ethical AI solutions across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, climate resilience, and public health.

Global Clean Energy's strategy revolves around pairing increasing clean energy demand with cutting-edge AI innovation. Flamelit's portfolio, featuring systems for preventing pipe failures and predicting sepsis risk, among others, aligns with this vision.
