Feldman Automotive Group acquires Firelands Toyota

Feldman Automotive Group has completed the acquisition of Firelands Auto Group, a portfolio of four dealerships in Northern Ohio, marking the largest acquisition in its 30-year history. The transaction, finalized on May 5, 2026, expands Feldman's presence significantly and introduces several new brands to its lineup for the first time. The terms of the deal, including financial details, remain undisclosed.

The acquisition includes Firelands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Firelands Toyota, and Firelands Honda located in Sandusky, Ohio, as well as Firelands Chevrolet in Vermilion, Ohio. This expansion adds Honda and Toyota to Feldman’s offerings and increases its Chevrolet locations to ten. With this acquisition, Feldman's presence of Stellantis brands grows to four dealerships. Feldman plans to retain the Firelands name across all acquired locations and will keep existing staff in place, ensuring continuity for both employees and customers. Additionally, a new 40,000-square-foot Firelands Honda facility is under construction, expected to open later this year.
