Dassault Systèmes Acquires ArisGlobal for $1.8 Billion

Dassault Systèmes has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ArisGlobal, an AI-native enterprise compliance platform, for approximately $1.8 billion. The transaction also includes up to $200 million in additional consideration conditioned on achieving AI-related revenue milestones over several years. The acquisition, approved unanimously by Dassault Systèmes' board, aims to integrate ArisGlobal's capabilities with Dassault's existing R&D, clinical, and manufacturing expertise to create a unified AI intelligence platform for the Life Sciences sector.

ArisGlobal, with a customer base of over 200, including half of the top 50 global biopharma firms, is recognized for its platform that manages regulatory, safety, and quality operations across the Life Sciences industry. The firm processes more than 12 million patient safety reports annually and is expected to generate $175 million in revenue in 2026. The acquisition will allow Dassault to combine ArisGlobal’s real-world patient insights with its own 3D modeling technologies to deliver clinical-grade AI solutions at a significant scale—a capability that could drive better health outcomes at an accelerated pace.
