FUSE acquires Bluewhite

FUSE, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, has acquired Blue White Robotics Ltd., an Israeli firm specializing in AI-powered autonomous technology for off-road and defense applications. The transaction, confirmed on Wednesday, involves FUSE taking full ownership of the Tel Aviv-based company, although the financial terms have not been disclosed. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion for FUSE, enhancing its capabilities in autonomous systems for defense and homeland security markets.

Blue White Robotics, founded in 2017, has developed a significant autonomy platform that operates across various original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products. Its solutions, such as the Pathfinder—an autonomy kit for converting conventional vehicles to autonomous ones—and Compass, a cloud-based software for managing autonomous vehicle fleets, are designed to execute complex missions in challenging environments. The company's expertise lies in transforming vehicles and robotic platforms into intelligent, coordinated autonomous units.

The acquisition aligns with FUSE’s strategic goal to bolster its multi-domain autonomy capabilities.
