Alpha Compute Acquires GAMEE for $11 Million

Alpha Compute Corp. has completed the acquisition of a controlling 60% interest in GAMEE from Animoca Brands, valuing the mobile gaming platform at approximately $18 million. The transaction, totaling $11 million for Alpha Compute's stake, marks its strategic expansion into the mobile gaming sector. GAMEE, founded in 2015, operates a mobile and Telegram-based gaming platform with over 120 million registered users. The integration will see GAMEE form the cornerstone of a new entity, Alpha Games, within Alpha Compute.
